Heat Risk Damage Policy
Warm Weather Shipping Notice:
Our chocolate and candy are shipped with care, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive unmelted during periods of warm weather. By placing your order, you accept the risk of melting or cosmetic changes during transit.
We are unable to cancel and/or refund all edible chocolate and confectionary orders or individual items from any order after it had been fulfilled in our system and the fulfillment email sent.

Return Policy: Gift & Merchandise (non-edible)
We have a 15-day exchange only policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Please provide your order number when you reach out! If you purchased your item in store, please let us know which location. If you purchased in person at a market, please let us know which event!

Damages and issues
Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive defective or damaged items. If your order is incorrect please let us know so we can make it right.
Refunds
If your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
